ASELSAN secures €1.47 billion air defence production contract

ASELSAN has signed a new agreement with the Presidency of The Republic of Türkiye Secretariat of Defence Industries to expand the ongoing serial production projects of air defence systems.

The agreement, valued at EUR 1,470,500,012.38, was signed in addition to the existing serial production programmes and will further strengthen Türkiye’s indigenous air defence capabilities.

The contract covers additional procurement under the current air defence systems production projects, reinforcing the country’s efforts to enhance its layered air defence architecture through domestically developed technologies.
