Global industrial and technology group CSG will participate in the prestigious Association of the United States Army 2026 (AUSA) Annual Meeting & Exposition, which will take place from October 12 to 14 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. The CSG exhibition at AUSA 2026 will showcase products and services from its CSG Defence Systems and CSG Ammo+ divisions, including those of Tatra Trucks, Tatra Defence, MSM Group, AviaNera Technologies, The Kinetic Group, as well as the U.S.-based companies CSG Land Systems North America and MSM North America, which represent CSG and its companies in the U.S. market.
Organized by the Association of the United States Army, AUSA is one of the world’s most important events focused on land forces, the defense industry, and military modernization programs. Held annually in Washington, D.C., it brings together representatives of the U.S. Army and Department of Defense, political and military leaders from allied countries, and leading global defense technology manufacturers. The event provides an important platform for showcasing new weapon systems, military vehicles, electronics, communications, and other technologies, as well as for discussing future requirements of the U.S. armed forces, modernization programs, and international industrial cooperation.
“Heavy-duty Tatra Force tactical and logistics vehicles will form the centerpiece of CSG group’s exhibition at AUSA 2026. These vehicles represent the mainstay of Tatra’s military vehicle production. Tatra vehicles are supplied to the armed forces of numerous NATO member states, as well as allied countries outside the Alliance around the world. The Tatra platform could also represent one of the options for the U.S. Army’s Common Tactical Truck program, which is why we want to showcase these vehicles at AUSA,” explained Ben Hudson, Vice Chairman of the Board of CSG, CEO of CSG Land Systems, and Chief Technology Officer of CSG Group.
Two heavy-duty vehicles from the Tatra Force model range will be displayed at the CSG Group booth. The first will be an 8×8 heavy-duty military tractor designed to tow semi-trailers carrying the latest main battle tanks, armored personnel carriers, and other heavy military vehicles. The gross combination weight can reach up to 110 tonnes, with a payload of up to 70 tonnes. The vehicle is designed to operate in the most demanding terrain and climatic conditions, including environments with extremely high or low temperatures, high humidity, and heavy dust.
The vehicle chassis is designed to accommodate interchangeable armored and unarmored cabins, available in two-door or four-door configurations. The vehicle features the characteristic Tatra chassis design with a central backbone tube, independently suspended swinging half-axles and all-wheel drive. Power is provided by a liquid-cooled 14.9-liter Cummins X15 engine with a maximum output of 447 kW, coupled to a seven-speed fully automatic Allison transmission. The vehicle is also equipped with an automatic central tire inflation system.
The second vehicle on display will be a Tatra Force 8×8 fitted with a hooklift system for handling and transporting containers and interchangeable flatrack platforms in demanding terrain and climatic conditions. The vehicle can handle containers and flatracks weighing up to 16.5 tonnes. Thanks to its robust chassis, outstanding off-road mobility, and gross vehicle weight of up to 40 tonnes, it provides a versatile logistics platform for military and special operations.
The chassis uses the proven Tatra concept with a central backbone tube and independently suspended swinging half-axles. All wheels are driven, with the first two axles steerable. The vehicle can be equipped with air-cooled Tatra V8 or V12 engines, or alternatively with liquid-cooled Cummins engines. Transmission options include a Tatra F-shift manual electronically controlled transmission system or a fully automatic Allison transmission.

Its portfolio for the U.S. market primarily includes medium- and large-caliber ammunition, as well as the design, modernization, and commissioning of critical manufacturing infrastructure for ammunition production in the United States.
“The U.S. Army recently awarded our company MSM North America a $635 million contract to design, build, and commission the Future Artillery Complex at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant. The project is intended to establish modern production capacity for 155 mm ammunition and strengthen the U.S. Army’s industrial base. At AUSA, MSM North America will showcase these capabilities and engage with representatives of the U.S. Army and government agencies on production capacity and ensuring the long-term self-sufficiency of the U.S. armed forces in ammunition,” said Jason Gaines, CEO of MSM North America, describing the company’s participation at AUSA 2026.
Representatives of The Kinetic Group, a leading U.S. manufacturer of small-caliber ammunition, will also be present at AUSA. Within CSG group, The Kinetic Group is part of the CSG Ammo+ division and includes brands such as Federal, Remington, CCI, Speer, and Hevi-Shot. The Kinetic Group representatives will focus on opportunities to expand small-caliber ammunition production in the United States, emerging trends in small-caliber ammunition, and the evolving requirements of the defense and security sector.
CSG group’s capabilities in advanced aviation propulsion systems will be represented at AUSA 2026 by CSE USA. The company will showcase a portfolio of turbojet, turbofan, and turboshaft engines, auxiliary power units, and specialized propulsion systems for military and aviation applications produced within the CSG Advanced Systems subdivision, including by AviaNera Technologies.
