
Turkey’s leading manufacturer of land platforms, Nurol Makina, participated in ADEX-2026 – the 6th Azerbaijan International Defence Exhibition, held in Baku.
Polygonjournal reports that at the exhibition, held at the Baku Expo Center, Nurol Makina showcased large-scale models of its Ejder Yalçın 4×4, Yörük 4×4 and NMS-L 4×4 vehicles, which have been developed and field-tested for use across different geographical environments and operational conditions.
The Ejder Yalçın 4×4, Yörük 4×4 (NMS) and NMS-L, which form part of Nurol Makina’s product family, offer a wide range of applications thanks to their high protection, mobility and configurable structures designed to meet various mission requirements. Developed with different operational priorities in mind, these platforms address the evolving mission requirements of security forces. The Ejder Yalçın, Yörük (NMS) and the newest member of the family, the NMS-L, stand out with capabilities ranging from high levels of protection and payload capacity to lightweight construction and high mobility. The ability to configure the same platform for different missions enables the vehicles to be tailored to user requirements.
The Ejder Yalçın 4×4 tactical wheeled armored vehicle combines a high level of protection against ballistic threats, mines and improvised explosive devices (IEDs) with a high payload capacity. Configurable on the same platform for various missions, the Ejder Yalçın can be operated in different configurations according to users’ operational requirements. Its payload capacity enables the integration of mission-specific equipment, while its multifunctional design provides a wide range of operational capabilities. In service in more than 10 countries and combat-proven, the Ejder Yalçın is one of Nurol Makina’s key platforms representing the company’s strength in the international arena.
The Yörük 4×4 (NMS) stands out with its scalable armor technology, high payload capacity and a top speed of up to 140 km/h. Its scalable armor approach allows the level of protection to be adjusted according to mission requirements, while its payload capacity supports the use of equipment required for various operations. In service in five countries overseas, the Yörük 4×4 features a multifunctional design capable of meeting diverse operational requirements. Also used by presidential close-protection services, the vehicle combines mobility, protection and mission flexibility on a single platform.
The NMS-L, the latest addition to Nurol Makina’s product portfolio, is a lightweight 4×4 armored vehicle designed for reconnaissance, patrol and special operations missions. Featuring a low silhouette, high mobility and modular mission options, the platform is intended for operational environments where flexibility and adaptability to different conditions are of primary importance. The NMS-L’s modular architecture allows the vehicle to be configured with various equipment options according to mission requirements. Thus, the platform can be adapted to a wide range of mission profiles, from reconnaissance and patrol operations to special operations.
