Türkiye has conducted a firing test of the SİPER Block-2 long-range air defence system.
Poliqonjurnal reports that Haluk Görgün, President of Türkiye’s Defence Industries Agency (SSB), shared information about the test.
During the test, the target data of a missile launched toward a pre-designated aerial target were updated while the missile was in flight. By destroying the newly assigned target, the SİPER Block-2 demonstrated its flexibility and effectiveness against evolving threats.
