Turkey’s Defense Industry Exports Exceed $8 Billion

Turkey’s Defense and Aerospace Industry sector’s export figures for October 2026 have been announced by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM).

According to “Poliqon”, citing TİM, Turkish defense and aerospace industry companies exported a total of $1.1 billion worth of products in October 2026.

According to the information, the sector’s export volume increased compared to the same month of the previous year. While defense and aerospace industry exports amounted to $707.4 million in October 2025, the figure increased by 61.1% in October of the current year.

Meanwhile, during January–October 2026, Turkey’s total exports in the defense and aerospace industry sector reached $8 billion.
