Ukraine holds next test of Vilkha missile system – PHOTO / VIDEO

Ukraine has carried out the next shooting test of the 300mm Vilkha missile system.

The secretary of the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksandr Turchynov in the social media account said.

The tests were held in the Odessa region.

Thus, the tests of the rocket complex created by Ukrainian specialists have been completed.

Turchinov noted that 300mm Vilkha missile system surpasses Soviet / Russian-produced “Smerch” complexes on all parameters.

Turchynov said the tests would go through several stages, during which the customer will check all the tactical and technical characteristics of missiles for compliance with the parameters set. He explained that the missiles would be launched in full combat equipment at predefined targets. “Taking into account the ability to guide missiles, a separate target will be set for each of them,” he added.
