Royal Brunei Airlines selects RTX’s Collins Aerospace FlightSense™ and Dispatch℠ services

Collins Aerospace, an RTX (NYSE: RTX) business, has secured two 12-year contracts with Royal Brunei Airlines to provide FlightSense™ and DispatchSM services for its current and future Boeing 787 fleet. These solutions will enhance the airline’s operational efficiency, improve reliability and optimize maintenance schedules across several systems, including avionics, cargo, electrical power, environmental control and lighting.

FlightSense and Dispatch provide guaranteed component availability, reduced downtime and cost predictability through a fixed-rate service model. Under the long-term agreement, Collins will provide predictive, reliability-based maintenance to optimize avionics system performance, along with asset and logistics support and access to certified spares and repaired parts.

FlightSense is a full-lifecycle maintenance support program that provides airlines with maintenance solutions tailored to their operational needs. The program is powered by Collins’ Ascentia® analytics platform, which collects, analyzes and interprets millions of aircraft data points to identify performance trends, recommend maintenance actions and deliver insights that improve fleet operations.
