Latvian company VALPRO signed a deal with NATO Support and Procurement Agency

Latvian company VALPRO Ltd. participated in an international competitive bidding organised by the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) to supply military forces with NATO-compliant high-quality, military-grade metal jerry cans.

Among the commercial offers submitted by several bidders from different countries, the offer submitted by VALPRO Ltd. was found to be compliant in all selection rounds of tender and on 1 September this year, VALPRO SIA was awarded an Outline Agreement to supply NATO member states and partner countries over the next three to five years with metal jerry cans for the storage and distribution of fuel.

This Outline Agreement is accessible on an eProcurement web-based platform, the NATO Logistics Stock Exchange, for direct ordering by the authorized users, delivering efficient and expeditious response to the military needs.

VALPRO Ltd. is one of the biggest longstanding metal working companies in Latvia which offers metal products in more than 33 countries around the world. Metal jerry cans at VALPRO have been in production since 1959, military jerry cans for the Army since 2000, during which time nearly one million military jerry cans have been produced and delivered to various NATO Allied armies.
